About Our Intake Process

  • You can fill out some basic information and schedule your first session here: Brief Intake Form

  • You are the only person that knows what works the best for you. What I always recommend is reaching out and seeing if you like me after a couple of sessions. If you don’t there is nothing wrong with that.

  • If I feel that this isn’t a good fit or match I will always take the time to let you know either in session. It’s a very hard decision to make as a therapist but I know what I’m comfortable working with and what I’m not and I have to stay confident in that.

  • I believe that the best way to get to know me is by scheduling an initial intake session and showing up for a couple of sessions afterwards. If you have questions you can email our intake team at jordan@mythospsychotherapy.com
